Zexie has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. Zexie is also known as Zexie.com, Fameoz and as eBay user OutstandingBranding. Zexie's main website, that gives information about the service, is at http://Zexie.com. Zexie is both a Trade Mark and Service Mark of the registered business Fameoz.
Zexie has a policy of only gathering and storing the minimum information about users as reasonably needed to provide a professional email service. It achieves this in conjunction with a User Supplied Question and Secret Answer that allows a user to prove ownership of their Service Account as and when they need to.
Zexie does not sell, rent, or lease any list of our users email addresses or lists of other information about our users and does not share private information with others.
We do not monitor the messages that you send or receive through our service, or the identity of the sender or receiver. We shall not read, inspect, examine, change or edit the contents of messages sent or received by you, including any file attached thereto - unless we in good faith believe that we have received your prior consent or we believe in good faith that we are required to in order to conform to the edicts of the law or to comply with legal process served on Zexie instructing us otherwise.
Zexie takes reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of its Customers' information, account information, and personal communications consistent with the law and the legitimate interests of Zexie. However, if Zexie is required by law or in good faith believes that such action is necessary due to any of the following:
- Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Zexie or
- Enforce the Zexie Terms of Service or
- Protect and defend the rights of Zexie or
- Act under exigent circumstances to protect a Customer's personal safety or the personal safety of other Zexie customers and the public or
- Administer, maintain, and improve the service or
- Providing customer service to User (such as investigating an User related bug) or
- Protect and defend the rights or property of Zexie and its members or others.
then Zexie may access or release private and personal information on your account without notice.
Zexie does not engage in sending third party advertising emails to our customers. On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a service related announcement. Users are not able to unsubscribe from communications necessary to manage their account.
On occasion, Zexie may communicate via email to their customers to describe special promotions of the Zexie Email Service itself. Zexie will not address more than 12 such emails to any of its customers email addresses in any one year. Users may opt out of this by sending us a request to that effect by email or by clicking on the opt out option from any of these emails.
Maintenance of Information
Information about Users that is maintained on our systems is protected using industry standard security measures. However, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to our privacy statement on our http:Zexie.com website and include a link to it from the homepage of http:/Zexie.com and other places we deem appropriate
Specific Exceptions
Two exceptions to all the other provisions of this privacy policy occur in the case where Zexie in good faith believes that the user is
- using the Zexie Service to send bulk spam and/or
- using the Zexie Service to purposefully distribute viruses, Trojan horses, worms or any other files that may damage the operation or files of another computer or similar.
In these two specific cases Zexie will use any and all of its technical abilities, available facilities and any information it has or has access to in order to bring or to help to bring any prosecution possible, regardless of it otherwise being against the other provisions of this privacy policy.
